Some of the most common systems this service assists with are Adobe Creative Cloud, Blackboard, Citrix, Crashplan, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.

- Software application: the names of the systems experiencing issues
- Device specifications: the operating system and barcode if the computer is Hamilton-owned
