Overview

This service provides assistance with troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of software applications used by the Hamilton community. Whether you're experiencing technical difficulties with existing software or need help setting up a new application, our team is here to guide you through resolving any software-related issues. Some of the most common systems this service assists with are Adobe Creative Cloud, Blackboard, Citrix, Crashplan, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.

Who may request this service?

This service may be requested by Hamilton faculty, staff, and students.

What information should be included in the ticket?

  • Software application: the names of the systems experiencing issues
  • Device specifications: the operating system and barcode if the computer is Hamilton-owned
  • Detailed description: the full details of the reason for the ticket
