Overview
This service provides assistance with resolving account-related login issues for Hamilton systems and academic software, including Blackboard, My Hamilton, Google accounts, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Citrix, and more. Support includes re-enabling accounts, unlocking accounts, and handling student org account transfers.
If you are met with an incorrect username / password error when signing in, please try to reset your password first!

Who may request this service?
This service may be requested by students, faculty, staff, parents, or alumni associated with Hamilton college.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- Account details: the system experiencing the issue (e.g. Blackboard, Google, My Hamilton)
- Detailed description: a clear explanation of the problem
- Relevant screenshots: if the system responds to login with any error codes or messages

Before requesting, if you are looking to claim a student org account, please make sure you are listed as the active president in Presence. If the information listed there is not accurate, please reach out to involve@hamilton.edu to update the org's roster.
