Requesting Accounts or Access Permissions via Rapid Identity

Rapid ID has a Catalog feature that allows end users to request certain access privileges or creation of certain types of new accounts (referred to as “entitlements”) via the Rapid ID portal.

 Instructions

To request a new entitlement:

  1. Login to the Rapid ID portal.

  2. Click on Requests >> Catalog.

  3. Click to highlight the desired entitlement in the list and click its corresponding Request button. A more in-depth explanation of each entitlement is available on the LITS website.

  4. The requester will receive a notice from Rapid ID as to whether the request was approved or rejected.

 The list of entitlements available will vary from person to person, based on their affiliation with Hamilton.
