Overview
The Email and Google Workspace Assistance service provides support for a variety of issues related to your Hamilton College email and Google Workspace tools. Whether you're experiencing problems with Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Calendar, Slides, or another Google Workspace application, this service is here to help.
Two service offerings are available under this service:
- Missing Email Requests – For assistance locating or recovering emails that may have been accidentally deleted, archived, filtered, quarantined, or are otherwise not visible in your mailbox. This includes messages that may have been removed by Abnormal Security or other email security systems. The Computing Services team can help investigate message delivery and determine whether recovery is possible based on retention policies. Please confirm with the sender and double check your mailbox before submitting.
- Email and Google Workspace and Email Assistance – For help with accessing files, sharing documents, syncing calendars, managing permissions, and resolving general issues across Google Workspace applications, among many other common technical concerns.
