This service may be requested by Hamilton students, faculty, staff, and retirees with an active email.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- Email address: the account experiencing the issue
- Detailed description: the issues you are experiencing and any steps you have already taken to resolve the problem
- Google Workspace tool: Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.
- Screenshots: any error messages received
