Report a Missing Email

For assistance locating or recovering emails that may have been accidentally deleted, archived, filtered, quarantined, or are otherwise not visible in your mailbox. This includes messages that may have been removed by email security systems. The Computing Services team can help investigate message delivery and determine whether recovery is possible based on retention policies.
  • If an email you have deemed legitimate has been placed in the trash, please forward the email to phishing@hamilton.edu.
  • If you are looking to report a Phishing email, please forward the email to phishing@hamilton.edu.
Reminder: Before submitting the form, please reach out to the sender to ensure they have actually sent the email you believe is missing!
