Who may request this service?
This service is available to all faculty, staff, and students who utilize college-issued printers.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- Desired assistance: The specific issue with the printer
- Name, location, and / or barcode: The name of the device, specific location, and the barcode
- Detailed description: Any other relevant information, as well as any steps that have been taken to resolve errors.
