Overview

The Printer Support service is designed to assist users with issues related to college-issued printers, including paper jams, error codes, and low or empty paper and/or toner trays. Our Help Desk team is ready to provide quick and effective solutions to ensure your printing needs are met.

Ticket Information

Who may request this service?

This service is available to all faculty, staff, and students who utilize college-issued printers.

What information should be included in the ticket?

  • Desired assistance: The specific issue with the printer
  • Name, location, and / or barcode: The name of the device, specific location, and the barcode
  • Detailed description: Any other relevant information, as well as any steps that have been taken to resolve errors.
