Overview

A peripheral is a device that is connected to a computer to expand its capabilities. It is not a core component of the computer, but adds functionality. This includes keyboards, mice, monitors, and docking stations.

This service allows you to request assistance with peripheral devices provided by LITS. Please note that LITS has a limited inventory of computer peripherals and reserves the right to determine eligibility for distribution.

Who may request this service?

This service may be requested by Hamilton faculty and staff.

What information should be included in the ticket?

  • Barcode number: the last 5 digits of the device's barcode (if present)
