This service may be requested by faculty, staff, students, or anyone else needing access to the campus Internet.

What information should be included in the ticket?

  • Location: if the issue is only occurring in one location, provide the building and room / area
  • Detailed description: specify whether it is a wired or wireless problem, when the issue began, and the frequency (e.g., intermittent or constant)
  • Device details: manufacturer and model of the affected device, and the operating system (if available)
