Overview
This service allows individuals to request a replacement computer for their Hamilton barcoded machine, lab, or department, if they know their current device needs to be replaced.
If you are unsure as to whether your machine is truly up for replacement, please reach out to helpdesk@hamilton.edu before requesting this service.
Ticket Information
Who may request this service?
This service may be requested by faculty and staff with replacement cycle devices.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- The barcode of your current computer
- Building and room number
- Any special software outside of our standard image that would need to be installed
- Preferred machine type
- Any additional special requests
