Device Replacement

Overview

This service allows individuals to request a replacement computer for their Hamilton barcoded machine, lab, or department, if they know their current device needs to be replaced.

Ticket Information

Who may request this service?

Faculty and staff whose devices are due for replacement under the standard replacement cycle.

What information should be included in the ticket?

  • Barcode of your current computer
  • Any software outside of our standard image that needs to be installed
  • Preferred machine type
  • Any additional requests
