Overview
A network shared drive is a storage space on Hamilton's network where users can store data and access it from anywhere on the network. Common network drives configured on college computers are Users, Department, and Campus.
This service allows you to request the creation of a network shared drive.

Who may request this service?
This service may be requested by faculty and staff.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- Storage type: tell us whether you need storage on the academic server, on the ess server, or if you want to consult with a technician on your storage needs
- Creation information: pertinent information for the drive (i.e. name of the drive, purpose, configurations, other involved users, existing data transfer, etc.)
