Overview
Equipment Loans give Hamilton community the option to borrow technology items for a period of up to seven days. Anyone may utilize our adapters, which provide temporary access to technology for presentations, projects, or short-term events. Only Hamilton faculty and staff may borrow a laptop loaner.
Unfortunately, the Help Desk does not loan out keyboards, mice, ethernet cords, cameras, or chargers. For these items, students will need to procure their own and faculty / staff should go through their departments.

Who may request this service?
This service may be requested by Hamilton faculty and staff.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- Equipment type: laptop, specific adapter, etc.
- Purpose of loan: class presentation, travel, laptop under repair, etc.
- Timeline: Date you will need the equipment which begins the week-long loan period
If you are requesting a laptop loan, please review the Acceptable Use Form, which may be found in the Attachments on this form.
You can sign and attach the form to the service.
You may also print it out, sign it and bring it with you when you pick up your device.
