Duo Authentication Assistance

Overview

Duo is a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) system that will better protect systems containing sensitive Hamilton College data. The Duo Authentication Assistance service supports Hamilton students and employees in managing their Duo two-factor authentication. This includes help with completing an initial registration with Duo, resolving lockouts, updating phone numbers, or registering new devices.

Ticket Information

Who may request this service?

This service may be requested by Hamilton students and employees.

What information should be included in the ticket?

  • Detailed description: a detailed description of the Duo issue (lockout, new phone number, new device, etc.)
  • Proof of identification: a photo of the requester holding their Hamilton Hill Card
