The Rapid ID portal allows users to request access to specific resources or systems directly, instead of waiting for an administrator or system manager to assign it for them.
These requests are referred to in the portal itself as “Entitlements.”
Instructions
To request an entitlement from Rapid ID:

Login to the Rapid ID portal.

Select REQUESTS from the top blue drop-down bar.

Select CATALOG from the left sidebar.

Select from the available entitlements using the checkmark.

Click REQUESTS at the bottom.
