Requesting Additional Resources/Systems via Rapid Identity

This article explains how additional entitlements can be requested in Rapid ID.

The Rapid ID portal enables users to directly request access to certain resources or systems, rather than waiting for an administrator or system manager to assign them manually.

These requests are referred to in the portal itself as “Entitlements.”

 Instructions

To request an entitlement from Rapid ID:

  1. Login to the Rapid ID portal.

  2. Select REQUESTS from the top blue drop-down bar.

  3. Select CATALOG from the left sidebar.

  4. Select from the available entitlements using the checkmark. 

  5. Click REQUESTS at the bottom.
