Overview

The Email and Google Workspace Assistance service provides support for a variety of issues related to your Hamilton College email and Google Workspace tools. Whether you're experiencing problems with Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Calendar, Slides, or another Google suite application, this service is here to help. Users can request help with accessing files, sharing documents, syncing calendars, recovering missing emails, and resolving permission errors, among many other common technical issues.

Who may request this service?

This service may be requested by Hamilton students, faculty, staff, and retirees with an active email.

What information should be included in the ticket?

  • Email address: the account experiencing the issue
  • Detailed description: the issues you are experiencing and any steps you have already taken to resolve the problem
  • Google Workspace tool: Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.
  • Screenshots: any error messages received
