The Hamilton College Web Services team builds and maintains custom web applications to meet the needs of the College community in the absence of enterprise solutions.
Use this service to create a ticket if you are experiencing unexpected behaviors, or errors while using custom web applications.

Who may request this service?
This service may be requested by Hamilton users.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- Name
- Email
- Phone
- Web address (URL/link) of the page/app where you are experiencing the issue
- Description of the issue in detail, including any error messages that you see on the screen
- File upload / screenshot
