Classroom or Event Support

Overview

The Audiovisual Services team has been actively working to acquire and install new classroom technology for blended learning. They also support remote learning using Zoom and can assist with creating content for your classes.

To provide sufficient audio and visual support, users need to request this recourse when scheduling an event with services in 25Live, the college's scheduling system. Requests will be reviewed in the order they were received, and support will be assigned as long as we are available. You will receive either a support confirmation or denial within a few days after submitting your request.

This service will redirect you to 25Live to schedule your event and request the assistance of the Audiovisual Services team.

Who may request this service?

This service may be requested by Hamilton faculty, staff, and students.

What information should be included in the ticket?

Any information needed for your request will be prompted in your 25Live form.
