Overview
This service creates a ticket for the AV Team regarding an audiovisual issue in a classroom or event space. Issues can include any audiovisual equipment such as podium setups, projectors, or sound systems. An AV technician will get in contact with the requester in order to resolve the issue.

Who may request this service?
This service may be requested by Hamilton faculty, staff, and students.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- Location: building and room number of the incident
- Requestor: the main contact, does not need to be the person who submits the form
- Detailed description: what is the issue, when must it be fixed, and any troubleshooting already completed
