Who may request this service?
This service may be requested by list owners and subscribers to any Listserv email lists associated with Hamilton College.
What information should be included in the ticket?
- List name: the name of the list you are having trouble with
- Detailed description: a clear explanation of the problem
- Bounce message: if you are receiving a bounce message, please copy and paste it into your description
