Using Web Print in PaperCut

While connected to the aps-hamilton network, students can submit printing jobs through PaperCut to supported printers on campus. PaperCut is a quota-based print management system designed to monitor and control campus network printing resources in a way that allows Hamilton to reduce printing costs and environmental impact. You may follow the video tutorial or the instructions below to print via PaperCut.

 Instructions

  1. In your browser window, enter https://webprint.hamilton.edu.

  2. Enter your network username and password. Click on Login

  3. On the left side of the screen, click on Web Print.

  4. Click on Submit a Job.

  5. Choose the printer that you would like to send your print job. Once selected click Print options and Account selection.

  6. Input the number of copies you would like to make. Continue to Upload Documents.

  7. Either drag the file or click Upload from Computer to insert the document you would like to print.

  8. Click Upload and complete. You will then see your print job and its placement within the print queue for your selected printer.

It is recommended that Staff and faculty do not print using this method as this method is limited to printing to public/student printers. Departmental printers will not be listed.
